“Warning! Fatal error:” wallpaper is a fake alert notice produced by WinCoDecPRO, which is another rogue application, pretending to be Windows multimedia coder/decoder. After infection WinCoDecPRO modifies Windows wallpaper without user’s permission. It displays disinformation that all your media systems and their components are corrupt and have crashed due to fatal error. “Warning! Fatal error:” wallpaper reads:
